If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for shop credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
Send all items back to us using the label provided.

We are sorry your item arrived damaged! We truly want you to have the best experience possible with our products. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at: the.readingsharks@gmail.com.
If available, the item may be replaced with the return of the damaged item.
If your item is no longer available to replace, a refund to your original payment method will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
If you wish to keep the item, a partial refund may be issued.
*A partial refund may be issued if the item is no longer available to replace and you wish to keep the item that was received. Photos of the damage will be required before a refund can be issued.
